摘要
利用响应面分析法对影响鸡枞菌菌丝体产量的基础培养基进行优化。研究碳源、氮源、生长因子对鸡枞菌菌丝体产量的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,利用Box-Benhnken设计和响应面分析法以菌丝体产量作为响应值,对基础培养基最佳参数进行分析。结果表明,鸡枞菌基础培养基的最佳条件为葡萄糖20.233g/L,蛋白胨2.145 5g/L,维生素B60.149g/L,由回归方程可计算出在该参数下菌丝体干重的理论值为4.858g/L。
Basic medium for mycelium of Collybia albuminosa was optimized by response surface methodology.Effects of carbon source,nitrogen source and growth factors were studied.On the basis of single factor experiments,the optimum parameters of basic medium were studied by using Box-Benhnken design and response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimum parameters of basic medium were: glucose of 20.233 g/L,peptone of 2.145 5 g/L,VB6 of 0.149 g/L,cultivation for 7 days,the yield of mycelium(dry weight) of Collybia albuminosa was 4.858 g/L.
