Synthesis of (E)-2,3-Dibromo-2-buten-1,4-diol

在2-丁炔-1,4-二醇与溴的加成反应体系中,添加适量的溴化钠,不但可以有效地提高(E)-2,3-二溴-2-丁烯-1,4-二醇的收率,而且反应可以在室温下进行,避免了低温冷却,更有利于工业化的生产。

The yield of（E）-2,3-dibromo-2-butene-1,4-diol can be effectively improved by the addition of sodium bromide to the reaction system of 2-butyne-1,4-diol and bromine.More importantly,the reaction is more suitable for industrial production because it can be performed at room temperature.
