杀菌剂戊菌唑的合成新工艺研究

Novel Synthesis of Fungicide Penconazole

以2,4-二氯苯丁酮为起始原料,经过环合、重排、还原、磺化、缩合5步制得杀菌剂1-[2-(2,4-二氯苯基)戊基]-1H-1,2,4-三唑,总收率达到了67%。

1-[2-（2,4-Dichlorophny）pentyl]-1H-1,2,4-triazole（Penconazole） was prepared in overall yield of 67% via cyclization,rearrangement,reduction,sulfonation and condensation starting from 2,4 dichlorobutyrophenone.
