摘要
研究了以乙醇和氯甲基二甲基氯硅烷为原料合成氯甲基-乙氧基-二甲基硅烷的实验方法。探讨了反应溶剂、反应温度和氯化氢去除方式等影响因素,得出了适宜的反应条件:反应溶剂为石油醚,反应温度65℃,用尿素做缚酸剂去除氯化氢,收率92%,产物纯度98%。
Chloromethyl dimethylchlorosilane was synthesized by the reaction of chloromethyl ethoxy dimethylsilane with ethanol and the reaction conditions were optimized.The target product was obtained in 92% yield(purity 98%) while the reaction was conducted in petroleum ether at 65℃ using urea as the acid-binding agent.
