摘要
为探讨酒精对大鼠尾壳核神经元发育的影响 ,以 32只SD乳鼠为材料 (酒精组和对照组各 16只 ) ,对生后早期 (1、7、15、2 6d )的大鼠尾壳核神经元的平均面积 (CPuA)进行了定量图像分析研究。结果表明 :①酒精和对照两组动物的CPuA在第 1~ 15d期间均随日龄增长而增大 ,第 15d以后则无显著性变化 ;②酒精生前摄入对神经元由小变大的发育过程有延缓作用 ,此影响在第 1d可以看出 ,第 7d仍未消失 ,而在第 7~ 15d期间存在一个代偿性发育过程。
In order to explore the effect of alcohol on the development of neurons in the caudate putamen(CPu) of rat a quantitative image analysis of the area of the neuron in CPu was done in 16 offsprings of the SD pregnant rats who were fed with 25%(V/V) alcohol(1.5ml/100g B.W.)and the areas of neurons on the 1st, 7th,15th and 26th day of them were ob served and analysed.The same was done to the 16 offsprings in the control group.The result suggested that the postnatal development process in which the size of neuron in CPu increased gradually was delayed by exposing to alcohol prenatally during the 1st to 15th day. This effect was observable on the 1st day and did not disappeared till the 7th day.However,a compensatory development process occurred in the animals of the alcohol group during the postnatal day 7~15.
