基于海洋修井平台火灾爆炸风险的定量评估方法

摘要 结合海洋修井平台火灾爆炸事故的特点及分类,提出了采用定量评估分析的研究方法。以胜利作业七号平台为例,分析了定量评估分析方法在海洋修井平台中火灾爆炸风险识别和概率计算中应重点考虑的因素,在分析的基础上,提出了降低海洋修井平台火灾爆炸风险的具体措施。 Quantitative assessment method is presented in well workover platform based on the analysis of its fire&explode hazard characteristics and assortment. Take Shengli No.7 Well Workover Platform as an example, main factors which have important compact on fire & explode hazard justify and probability calculation are analyzed to scheme concrete measurements to reduce the fire & explode hazard in the well workover platform.
