摘要
目的 :了解马杉肾炎 (MGN)血清抗体、补体的变化及意义。方法 :建立家兔MGN模型 ,测定血清IgM、IgG、IgA、C3 、C5、BUN及SCr含量。结果 :家兔于造模后第 5 ,10 ,15d血清IgM分别是对照组的 2 .6 ,2 .9,2 .3倍 (P <0 .0 1) ,C3 是对照组的 1.3,2 .5 ,2 .6倍 (P <0 .0 1) ,C5是对照组的 1.6 ,6 .9,8.6倍 (P <0 .0 1) ;第 10 ,15dBUN、SCr含量分别是对照组的 3.7,3.8倍及 4.2 ,7.6倍 (P <0 .0 1)。并且C3 与BUN、SCr,C5与BUN、SCr均呈正相关 ,相关系数分别为 :r1=0 .994,P <0 .0 1;r2 =0 .896 ,P <0 .0 1;r3 =0 .972 ,P <0 .0 1;r4 =0 .979,P <0 .0 1。结论 :MGN血清IgM、C3 、C5的含量的异常变化早于BUN、SCr含量异常变化 5d ,C3 、C5含量升高与肾功能损害程度有关 ,提示血清IgM、C3 、C5可能有助于MGN的早期诊断。
Objective:To evaluate the changes and significance of levels of serum antibodies and complements in Masugi glomerulonephritis(MGN). Methods: The model of MGN in rabbits was established to determine the levels of serum IgM, IgG, IgA, C 3,C 5, BUN and SCr. Results: In 5～15 days after MGN model was established, the levels of IgM, C 3 and C 5 were increased in the time dependent tendency and 2.3, 2.9 fold,1.3, 2.6 fold, 1.6, 8.6 fold, respectively,that of the control(P<0.01).The levels of BUN and SCr were 3.7, 3.8 fold and 4.2,7.6 fold, respectively, that of the control (P<0.01)in 10 and 15 days of MGN.Furthermore, the positive correlation between C 3 and BUN, SCr (r 1=0.994,P<0.01, r 2=0.896,P<0.01) as well as between C 5 and BUN, SCr(rWT5BZ] 3=0.972, 3=0.972,P<0.01;r 4=0.979, P<0.01) was observed. Conclusion: Different changes of IgM, C 3, C 5 serum levels took place 5 days previous to BUN and SCr high levels of C 3 and C 5 were related to the degrees of renal damage. The results indicate that the IgM, C 3,C 5 serum levels might be used for the early diagnosis of MGN.
