摘要
目的 :观察自体Schwann细胞与同种异体基底膜合用促进鼠坐骨神经再生的能力。方法 :将无细胞成分的同种异体基底膜与Schwann细胞混合培养 7d ,获得含Schwann细胞的基底膜。 2 4只BALB/C小鼠随机分为A、B两组并分别移植含有Schwann细胞的基底膜及无细胞成分的基底膜。术后 1,2 ,4,8周测定A、B两组坐骨神经功能指数 (SFI)及再生髓鞘平均厚度 (TRMS)。结果 :术后 1,2周 ,A、B两组SFI及TRMS无差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,术后 4,8周 ,A组SFI及TRMS优于B组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :自体Schwann细胞与同种异体基底膜合用可较单纯的基底膜更好地促进神经再生及功能的恢复。
Objective:To evaluate the ability of allogeneic basal lamina with Schwann cells to enhance axonal regeneration.Methods:Acellular basal lamina grafts were placed in tissue culture bottles with autogeneic Schwann cells for 7 days.Twenty four adult BALB/C rats were divided randomly into groups A and B.The rats in group A were transplanted with basal lamina with Schwann cells.and the rats in group B were tranaplanted with allogeneic basal lamina only.Sciatic functional index(SFI) and the average thickness of regenerative myelin sheaths (TRMS) were evaluated 1,2,4 and 8 weeks after transplantation.Results:SFI and TRMS of group A were better than those of group B 4 and 8 weeks after transplantation,but there was no significant difference between groups A and B 1 and 2 weeks after transplantation.Conclusion:Allogeneic basal lamina with Schwann cells can enhance axonal regeneration and improve the recovery of nerve functon.
