Content Determination of Arbutin in Arbutin Cream by HPLC

目的:建立测定熊果苷乳膏中熊果苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为WELCHROMC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(70∶30,V/V),柱温为28℃,流速为0.8ml/min,检测波长为280nm。结果:熊果苷的质量浓度在0.0101～0.2016mg/ml范围内与其峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);精密度、重复性、稳定性试验的RSD均<2%;平均加样回收率为99.53%,RSD=0.88%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、准确、精密度高、重复性好,可用于熊果苷乳膏的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for the content determination of arbutin in Arbutin cream. METHODS ： HPLC method was used. The determination was performed on WELCHROM C1850 ram×.6 ram, 5 μm） column with methanol-water（70： 30, V/V）as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.8 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm, and column temperature was 28℃ RESULTS： The linear range of arbutin was 0.010 1-0.201 6 mg/ml（r=0.999 9）with an average recovery of 99.53% （RSD- 0.88 %, n=9）. The RSDs of precision, reproducibility and stability tests were lower than 2%. CONCLUSIONS： The method is sim- ple, accurate, precise and reproducible, which can be used for quality control of Arbutin cream.
