摘要 该文提出了兼具集中式和分布式发电系统优点的高能效混合式热电发电(thermoelectric generator,TEG)系统架构及其控制策略。测试并分析了TEG模块的输出特性;综合考虑系统功率变换系统效率和最大功率跟踪效率,提出了由大功率集中式单元和小功率分布式单元共同构成的混合式发电系统架构;详细分析了该系统架构的特性、控制策略及工作原理,并给出了具体实现电路。搭建了由实际热电模块构成的混合式TEG实验系统,实验验证了所提出系统的可行性与正确性。 A high-energy-efficiency hybrid thermoelectric generator(TEG) power system and its control strategy were proposed.The proposed power system incorporates the advantages for both centralized and distributed power systems.The characteristics of the TEG system were tested and analyzed.Considering both the conversion efficiency and maximum power point tracking efficiency,the hybrid power system was composed by a high-power centralized cell and low-power distributed cells.The operation principles,control strategies and characteristics of the hybrid power system were analyzed,and an implementation circuit was given.A hybrid TEG system was built and tested.Experimental results prove the analyses.
