直饮水,渐行渐远? 渐行渐近?!——兼论水生态文明与城市发展

Potable water comes to us or not: a discussion on water ecological civilization with city development

水是生命之源、生产之要、生态之基,是生态文明建设的重要基石。城市作为当代人类社会的主要聚居地和活动场所,是现代政治、经济、科学、技术、文化和教育的中心,水在城市的起源、延续和发展过程中起着不可替代的作用,水生态文明与城市发展的关系至关重要。以直饮水作为城市水生态文明的标志之一,回顾了城市建立、建设与发展中水的演变历程,结合我国当今城市发展中关于水的种种困境,阐述直饮水在城市水生态文明建设中的导向作用,以期推动水生态文明城市的健康发展。

Water is source of life and foundation for production, ecology and basis of ecological civilization construction. Being the place for living and holding activities of human being and current society, city is the center of modern politics, economy, science, technology, culture and education. Water has played an irreplaceable role in the born, continuity and development of cities and relationship between ecological civilization and city development is of far importance. Regarding potable water as the symbol of ecological civilization of city, the evolution process of water in city establishment, construction and development is reviewed, with consideration of obstacles faced by current city development in China. The significant role of potable water in the construction of ecological civilization type of city is explained, in order to promote its healthy development.
