Principles and methods of landscape construction for water ecological civilization city

城市水景观建设面临过度硬化、景观功能单一、污染水环境、掠夺化侵蚀、忽视公共利益等问题。水生态文明城市建设中景观建设应坚持生态设计、创造性保护水资源、亲水、功能决定尺度、立体规划等原则,景观建设应抓好水景资源调查、滨水空间布局、硬质改造规划、软质改造设计、适度借水造景等5个方面。

There are several problems existed in water landscape creation, such as overwhelming by hard infrastructures with single function, pollution of water environment, extensive development and ignoring of public interests. Landscape construction for water ecological civilization city should stick to the principles of ecologically-friendly design, protection of water resources, caring for water, function-based and 3D graphic design. Emphasis should be placed on investigation of water scenery resources, layout of waterfront space, planning for rehabilitation with both hard and soft measures, and creation of water sceneries in an appropriate manner.
