加强流域综合治理与管理 推动太湖流域水生态文明建设

在总结了太湖流域以规划为指导,坚持流域综合治理,以工程为基础,推进流域水生态修复与保护;以调度为抓手,促进水体有序流动;以制度为保障,加强流域综合管理;以科技为支撑,积极推进太湖健康状况评估等一系列水生态文明建设经验的基础上;分析了新时期流域水生态文明建设面临的艰巨形势以及下阶段工作重点,提出了太湖流域仍须进一步加强流域综合治理与管理,继续大力推进流域水生态修复和水环境改善各项工作,为建设流域水生态文明提供重要支撑和物质保障。

Under the layout of Taihu Lake Basin Master Plan, key points of work should be placed on integrated river basin management and ecosystem restoration and protection, optimizing water regulation and allocation, reinforcing management system, assessing lake health based on scientific and technological innovation.Based on analysis of challenges and difficulties in the new age, further improvement is required in the aspects of river basin management, eeological restoration and water environment improvement, so as to provide key support and materials for water ecological civilization construction.
