电针结合耳穴压豆治疗绝经前后诸症

Clinical Study of Menopausal Syndrome on Electro-Acupuncture Combined with Auricular-Plaster Therapy

目的:探讨电针结合耳穴压豆对绝经前后诸症患者的治疗作用。方法:将104例患者随机分为治疗组(电针结合耳穴压豆组)52例、对照组(单纯电针组)52例。治疗前后对患者采用Kupperman评分。结果:两组治疗后与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);电针结合耳穴压豆组与单纯电针组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针结合耳穴压豆疗法是一种积极有效的治疗绝经前后诸症的方法,远期疗效较近期疗效增加,电针结合耳穴压豆组的治疗效果优于单纯电针组。

Objective ： To investigate the clinical efficacy of electro - acupuncture combined with auricular - plaster therapy on treating menopausal syndrome. Methods ： Fifty - two patients with hemiplegia were randomly allocated to therapeutic group （ electro - acupuncture and auricular - plaster therapy） and control group （ electro - acupuncture）. The therapeutic effect was observed. An evaluation was made using the modified Kupperman index score before and after treatment. Results：The modified kupperman score was better after treatment in both groups （P 〈 O. 05 ）. The therapeutic effect was more marked in the treatment group and it had a statistically significant difference compared with the control group （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Electro - acupuncture combined with auricular-plaster therapy is efficient in treating menopausal syndrome. The long - term effect is better than the short - term. The effect of electro - acupuncture combined with auricular - piaster therapy is generally better than electro - acupuncture.
