摘要
目的 :观察外阴尖锐湿疣组织P5 3蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原的表达。方法 :采用免疫组化染色。结果 :在2 0例尖锐湿疣中P5 3阳性表达为 2例 (2 / 2 0 ) ,正常皮肤无P5 3蛋白表达 ,两者比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)阳性表达为 18例 (18/ 2 0 ) ,且呈 (卅 )。 10例正常皮肤PCNA阳性表达为 6例 (6 / 10 ) ,呈 (+) ,病变组织PCNA阳性表达比正常组织明显增高 ,差异有极显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :PCNA能有效地反映外阴尖锐湿疣组织细胞增殖活性 ,P5 3突变在该病变组织细胞增殖中并不起主要作用。
Objective:To study the expressions of P53 and PCNA in vulvar condyloma acuminatum.Methods:The expressions of P53 and PCNA were detected by using the immunohistochemical method.Results:In 20 cases of condyloma acuminitum 2 had positive expression of P53 and 18 had positive expression of PCNA and the expression was().In 10 cases of normal skins,6 had positive expression of PCNA and the expression was(+),and there was no positive expression of P53.The positive expression rate of P53 had no difference between condyloma acuminatum specimens and normal skins,whereas the positive expression rate of PCNA had significant difference between them(P<0.01).Conclusion:PCNA can reflect the cellullar proliferative in vulvar condyloma acuminatum,but P53 does not seem to play an important role in the proliferation of this disease.
