从“培土生金”论治小儿支原体感染性肺炎恢复期脾虚综合征

培土生金法是根据中医脏腑和五行学说,以及肺主气的理论而形成的一种治疗方法,主要是通过运用补脾益气的方药来补益肺气。脾虚综合征主要是指小儿在疾病感染后,经治疗或感染控制后出现的一系列以脾虚征象为主的综合证候群。目前,随着小儿支原体感染性肺炎(MPP)的发病率越来越高,结合其恢复期的临床表现,及脾虚综合征的理论知识,提出小儿MPP恢复期脾虚综合征的概念,并采用中医培土生金法,以桑白皮汤合二陈汤加减治疗该病,临床取得了满意疗效。
