健脾解毒法对晚期结直肠癌患者生存期的影响

Impact of Jianpi Jiedu Method on Survival of Advanced Colorectal Cancer Patients

目的:健脾解毒法治疗IV期结直肠癌患者,观察以健脾解毒法为基础的中药复方辨证治疗对晚期结直肠癌患者生存期的影响。方法:采用病例研究的试验设计方法回顾性分析上海中医药大学附属普陀区中心医院中医肿瘤科2007年1月1日—2011年12月31日65例住院病例。终点指标是患者生存期。结果:(1)患者的性别、年龄、病理类型、治疗前KPS、健脾解毒中药复方干预时间长短等5个因素对患者生存期的影响进行单因素分析,结果显示性别、年龄、病理类型对生存期影响无明显统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗前KPS对患者生存期的影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)健脾解毒法(JPJD)参与时间≥5个月组与健脾解毒法(JPJD)参与时间<5个月组比较,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:(1)患者的性别、年龄、病理类型非影响生存期的独立因素,治疗前KPS评分是影响晚期大肠癌患者生存期的有利因素;(2)健脾解毒法治疗IV期结直肠癌患者,可以延长患者生存期。

Objective：JPJD treatment was for stage IV colorectal cancer patients for observing the effect of JPJD method based on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment of advanced colorectal cancer patients＇ survival period. Meth- ods ： A retrospective analysis of 65 cases of hospitalized cases of Department of TCM Oncology, Putuo Hospital, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, from January 1 2007 to December 31 2011 was carried on. The endpoint was the survival period. Results ： （ 1 ） The patients＇ gender, age, histological type, pre - treatment KPS, Jianpi Jiedu Recipe intervention in the length of time were five factors which impacted the survival of patients were studied with univariate analysis. The results showed gender, age,pathological type had no significance on survival（P 〉 0.05 ）, KPS before treatment had statistical significant impact on sur- vival. （2）JPJD method to participate in ≥5 months treatment group compared with JPJD method to participate in 〈 5 months treatment, there was statistical difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： （ 1 ） The patients＇ gender, age and pathological type are non - survival of independent factors. But KPS score before treatment is the favorable factor which influences survival of patients with advanced colorectal cancer. （2）JPJD method treatment can prolong survival of advanced colorectal cancer patients.
