复方苦参注射液治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效观察

Effect of Compound Sophora Flavescens Ait Injection on Advanced Carcinoma

目的:评价复方苦参注射液在治疗晚期恶性肿瘤中的疗效。方法:选取有明确病理诊断的晚期肿瘤患者,随机分为中药治疗组和化疗组,中药治疗组应用复方苦参注射液20 mL/d,每天1次,21天为1周期,化疗组根据病种选择单药化疗方案,均化疗两个周期。结果:所有病人均完成治疗,中药治疗组患者的临床受益率为81.1%,明显高于化疗组,中药治疗组患者的Karnofsky评分提高率为54.7%,体重提高率为47.2%,均明显高于化疗组。中药治疗组患者未出现明显的与剂量相关的不良反应。结论:对晚期恶性肿瘤患者应用复方苦参注射液治疗有一定的抗肿瘤作用,有利于减轻患者痛苦、改善生活质量,提高机体免疫功能。

Objective：to evaluate the effect of Compound Sophora flavescens Ait injection on advanced carcinoma. Methods：The advanced carcinoma patients confirmed by pathology were randomly divided into TCM （ Chinese traditional medicine） group and chemotherapy group. TCM group received Compound Sophoraflavescens Air injection by 20 mL/d, qd, repeated every 21 days for 2 cycles ; depended on tumor type, chemotherapy group received single agent regimen for 2 cycles. Results ： all the patients completed therapy ,81.1% response rate in TCM group was significantly higher than that in chemotherapy group. In TCM group, the Karnof- sky status was increased by 54.75% ,47.2% in weight,both were significantly higher than that in chemotherapy group. The pa- tients in CTM group presented no severe dose -related side effects. Conclusion：Compound Sophora flavescens Air injection in ad- vanced carcinoma achieves favorable effecacy, which is helpful to relieve suffering, improve life quality and immune system.
