稳心颗粒治疗室性早搏的疗效观察

Effects of Wenxin Granule in Patients with Premature Ventricular Beats

目的:探讨稳心颗粒治疗室性早搏的临床疗效。方法:选取140例确诊为室性早搏的患者,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组各70例,对照组给予心律平,治疗组给予稳心颗粒,两组皆用4周为一疗程,观察比较两组治疗效果,并进行统计学分析。结果:24h动态心电图监测示治疗组于治疗后的室性早搏次数明显减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:稳心颗粒治疗室性早搏安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the clinical effectiveness of Wenxin Granule in the treatment of premature ventricular beats. Methods ：140 patients with premature ventricular beats were divided randomly into treatment group （70 cases） and control group （70 cases）. The treatment group was treated with Wenxin Granule, and the control group was treated with propafenone for 4 weeks. Treatment effects of two groups were statistically analyzed. Results： 24h dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring results showed that the number of ventricular premature beat was decreased significantly in the treatment group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion ：Wenxin Granule is worthy of clinical application to treat premature ventricular beats because it possesses the advantages of high effects and safety.
