针灸治疗寻常性痤疮临床观察

Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture Treatment for Acne Vulgaris

目的:采用近部选穴与远部选穴配合,针刺与放血结合的方法,观察针灸治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效。方法:采用痤疮综合分级系统量表(GAGS),对比观察针灸治疗前后及不同疗程对寻常性痤疮各类皮损的疗效影响。结果:寻常性痤疮患者通过8周针刺治疗后,绝大部分患者在痤疮各类皮损方面都有所好转,并且有显著的统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:近部选穴与远部选穴配合,针刺与放血结合的方法对寻常性痤疮的疗效是十分确切的,而且随治疗周期的增加而增加。

Objective ： This study was to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment combined with blood - letting at lo- cal points plus distant points on acne vulgaris. Methods ： The Global Ache Gading System （GAGS） scale was used to contrast and the effect on various types of skin lesions caused by acne vulgaris was observed before and after treatments and the changes of these skin lesions in different treatment cycles were also observed. Results ： After eight weeks treatment, the vast majority of pa- tients in all types of ache lesions had been improved, and there was a significant statistical difference （P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion： Filiform needle acupuncture combined with blood - letting can be the valid treatment for acne vulgaris, and the efficacy is associ- ated with treatment cycles.
