辨证施护对精神病患者服药依从性的影响研究

Study on Influence of Nursing based on Syndrome Differentiation on Compliance of Patients with Psychosis

目的:探究并分析辨证施护对精神病患者服药依从性的影响。方法:选取自2008年3月—2012年3月收治的精神病患者160例,将其作为临床研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组80例。两组患者均继续接受抗精神病药物治疗,对照组患者同时采取一般健康教育及心理护理,观察组根据不同证候进行辨证施护。观察两组患者治疗后的服药依从性及病情评价情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后6个月、12个月服药完全依从率分别为72.50%、68.75%,均明显高于治疗前的完全依从率26.25%,且较对照组治疗后的完全依从率高;治疗后6个月、12个月,两组患者的BPRS及PANSS评分均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组患者病情改善情况优于对照组,评分均明显低于较对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辨证施护对精神病患者服药依从性具有很好的提高疗效,明显提高患者的生活质量及不良行为的发生,值得在临床上广泛应用。

Objective：To study and analyze the influence of nursing based on syndrome differentiation on compliance of pa- tients with psychosis. Methods ：160 patients with psychosis treated in our hospital from March 2008 to March 2012 were selected as the clinical research objectives. They were divided into observation group and control group and each group included 80 cases. Patients in the two groups were all treated with antipsychotics continually and those in the control group were treated with general health education and mental nursing, while those in the observation group were treated with nursing based on syndrome differentia- tion. The drug therapy compliance and illness evaluation conditions of patients in the two groups were then observed. Results ： The complete drug therapy compliance of patients in the observation group in 6 months and 12 months upon treatment were respective- ly 72.50% and 68.75% , which were both significantly higher than the complete drug therapy compliance of 26.25% before treatment and also higher than those of the control group after treatment. The BPRS and PANSS grades of patients in the two groups were improved significantly after treatment, and the illness improvement of patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the grades were significantly lower than those of the control group, with P 〈 0. 05, which was of sta- tistic significance. Conclusion ： Nursing based on syndrome differentiation has great effect on the improvement of drug therapy com- pliance of patients with psychosis,improves the life quality of patients with psychosis significantly and reduces the occmTence of misconducts,and thus it is worth to be widely application clinically.
