海洋硫酸多糖911抗AIDs作用机制的初步探讨

STUDY ON THE MECHANISM OF INHIBITORY ACTION OF 911 ON REPLICATION OF HIV-1 IN VITRO

研究了抗 AIDs药物海洋硫酸多糖“911”对病毒逆转录酶及 HIV- 1与细胞吸附的影响 ,结果表明“911”可明显抑制病毒逆转录酶活性 ,对 HIV- 1无明显直接灭活作用 ,但可明显干扰 HIV- 1与细胞的吸附 ,半数有效浓度 (IC50 )为 36 .51mg· L-1。提示 911的抗 AIDs作用与抑制逆转录酶活性和干扰病毒与细胞的吸附有关。

The mechanisms underlying anti HIV actions exerted by 911 were studied in this paper.The results in dicated that 911 dose dependently inhibited the activity of HIV reverse transcriptasein vitro and also dramatically blocked the binding of HIV 1 to MT 4 cells rather than its direct effect on HIV 1,with half inhibitory concentration (IC 50 )equal to 36.51 mg·L.These findings demonstrated that the anti HIV action of 911 might contribute to the decrement in activity of reverse transcriptase and to the blockade of binding of HIV 1 to MT 4 cell.
