形神一体观模式下心悸的研究进展

中医形神合一理论是祖国医学的理论基石,主要从精神和躯体的相互联系上探讨生命的发生、发展以及转归历程,也是中医学整体观念的重要方面。作为五脏之君,心不单是一个具体的器官,也是"形神合一"的系统。历代医家论述表明,心脏诸疾尤其是心悸的发病与形神变化密切相关。该文在汲取先贤相关理论基础上,以中医藏象学的角度,在形神一体观模式下探究心悸的发病诊疗,着重中医形神对心悸影响的系统总结与分析,以指导临床诊断与治疗。

As one part of integrity concept of TCM, the theory of combination of physique and spirit is the basis of TCM, which discusses the occurrence, development and outcome of life. To be the liege of the five internal organs, heart is not only just an organ,but a system about combination of physique and spirit. Ages physicians＇discussions show that causes of heart disease connects with the change of physique and spirit, especially palpitation. In the point of viscera-state study, the article mainly ex- plores causes and treatments of palpitation based on the theory related, then summarizes and analyzes the effect of physique and spirit on palpitation systematically, so as to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
