回医芳香开窍方药调控血脑屏障的意义和研究进展

Progress and Significance in Research of HUI Aromatic Resuscitation Drugs in Regulation and Control of Blood-Brain Barrier

目的:明确芳香开窍方药调控血脑屏障的意义和研究进展。方法:通过中国知网及相关搜索引擎检索近20年有关芳香开窍方药治疗缺血性脑疾病及其作用机理方面的文章,以药物、脑缺血及血脑屏障为关键词检索文献共355篇,用芳香开窍、血脑屏障等关键词对文献进行筛选,对筛选后文献进行阅读,最后应用文献30篇并对其研究结果进行综述,结果发现芳香开窍方药发挥治疗脑缺血性疾病的作用主要是集中在对血脑屏障的通透和双向调控方面。结论:脑缺血可引起血脑屏障通透性发生改变,回医善用香药治疗脑血管疾病,芳香开窍回医回药调控血脑屏障通透性可对脑缺血神经细胞损伤发挥保护作用。

Objective ： To know the significance of the aromatic resuscitation drugs in regulation of the blood - brain barrier andresearch the developments. Methods ： Through the keywords like cerebral ischemia, blood - brain barrier, aromatic resuscitation drugs and their mechanism research articles in CNKI and related search engines,355 articles were collected. After screening by the keywords like cerebral ischemia and blood- brain barrier,there were 30 articles which were used for summary. Results：Aro- matic resuscitation drugs play a role in the treatment of cerebral ischemic diseases which is mainly concentrated in the permeabili- ty of the blood - brain barrier and bi - directional regulation. Conclusion ： Cerebral ischemia can cause the blood - brain barrier＇ s structural change and function breakdown or alterations. The Hui medicine makes a good use of aromatic resuscitation drugs in the treatment of cerebral vascular diseases. The aromatic resuscitation drugs can regulate the blood - brain barrier permeability which may play a protective effect on cerebral ischemic neuronal injury.
