糖尿病冠心病病证结合的研究现状及思路

糖尿病冠心病是糖尿病常见并发症,单纯西医治疗已经不能满足医疗需要,病证结合模式已经成为当今糖尿病冠心病重要的诊疗模式,适应了现代临床实际的需求。而病症结合的综合评价模式凸显了中医学临床优势的重要指征。病证结合动物模型的复制为临床和基础研究搭建了沟通桥梁。文章通过对糖尿病冠心病"病-证-效"的临床与实验探索,论述了糖尿病冠心病病证结合的思路与方法,认为病证结合的诊疗模式是糖尿病冠心病研究发展的可行之路。

The diabetic coronary heart disease is a common complication of diabetes. Nowadays single Western medicine treatment is unable to meet the medical needs. The binding mode of the syndrome and disease has become an important treatment model in treating coronary heart disease. Moreover it adapts to the actual needs of the modern clinical practice. Comprehensive e- valuation model combining disease and syndrome highlights an important indication of the clinical advantages of Chinese medi- cine. Replication of disease and syndrome animal model promotes communication between clinical and basic research. The article explores the clinical and experimental researches of diabetic coronado heart disease and discusses the ideas and methods of diabet- ic coronary heart disease by the mode of combination disease, syndrome and efficacy. We believe that combining disease and syn- drome treatment model is a practical way to the research and development of diabetic coronary heart disease.
