基于风力发电机组载荷测试的设计载荷验证 被引量:13

摘要 根据风力发电机组型式认证及试验相关要求,介绍了一种应用风力发电机组载荷测试方法对仿真设计进行验证的实例。结合实际测试的外部条件,如风速、风向、温度、气压等以及风力发电机组本身的电气模型,运用BLADED软件进行计算与仿真,得到启机、正常停机、脱网、超速等不同工况下的载荷仿真结果。通过仿真结果与测试结果的对比,验证风力发电机组的设计载荷。同时,通过比较20年疲劳载荷谱,可以对风力发电机组的使用寿命与安全性进行确认,该研究对于优化风力发电机组的载荷设计具有重要意义。 According to the requirements of the wind turbine protest type certification, this article in- troduces an example of the load validation based on wind turbine load measurement. After measure- ment, with the measured real outside conditions, such as wind speed, wind direction, temperature, air pressure, and also the electro-geometric model of the wind turbine itself, the BLADED software is used to do the load simulation and calculation. Through the simulation, we can get the simulation re- suits of different load cases, such as wind turbine start-up, normal shut-down, grid failure, over speed and so on. By this way, comparing the simulation results and the measurement results, the wind turbine design load could be validated. Through the fatigue results comparison, the design life and safety of the wind turbine can be verified simultaneously. It makes significant sense to the wind turbine load design optimization.
