摘要
利用Polyflow软件对锥形单螺杆挤出机和普通单螺杆挤出机计量均化段进行流动与混合模拟。通过图形后处理和统计学处理得出速度场分布、剪切速率分布以及停留时间分布,对比说明了锥形螺杆比普通螺杆更有利于蓬松物料和热敏性物料的加工。
Meh flow and mixing effect were simulated by Polyflow in metering section of conical screw against that in common cylindrical screw. Velocity field, shear rate field and residence time distribution were compared between them in graphs processing and statistics processing showing conical screw was more fitful in processing loose and thermal-sensitive materials than cylindrical screw.
