摘要
研究了某车型雾灯盖板的变形原因及改善对策,结合Moldflow的分析结果,得出其变形是由于塑件结构所导致的动模积热,冷却时收缩不均匀所造成的。在优化了塑件结构之后,通过提高定模温度及科学的数据统计方法,找到最佳的温度参数,改善了塑件的变形量,进一步更改材料的物性后,完全满足了客户的要求。
The causes and improvement measures of a car fog lamp cover combined with the analysis results of the Moldflow were studied. The structure of plastic parts by movable mold accumulated heat which uneven shrinkage during cooling lead to the deformation were found. When optimized the structure of plastic parts by increasing fixed mold temperature, scientific statistical methods. The optimal temperature was found and the frequency of deformation was improved. Through replaced the lower shrinkage materials to fully meet the customers' further requirements.
