玻璃纤维理化性能对生产过程影响的研究

摘要 玻璃纤维物理性能主要包括硬挺度、断裂强度、可燃物含量、含水率、线密度等一系列指标,对玻璃纤维理化性能进行充分的了解,能够有利于稳定生产、拍导生产、质量控制。本文首先分析了玻璃纤维的物理化学特点,其次,从质量控制、稳定和指导生产三个方面就玻璃纤维理化性能对生产过程影响进行了深入的研究,提出了自己的思考和观点,具有一定的参考价值。 the physical properties of glass fiber mainly includes softness, rupture strength, fuel content, moisture content, the density of the line and a series of indicators, to fully understanding of glass fiber physical and chemical properties, can be conducive to the stable production and guide the production, quality control, information feedback. At first, this paper analyzes the physical and chemical characteristics of glass fiber, secondly, from the quality control, stability, and guide the production, the information feedback from three aspects, and glass fiber physical and chemical performance affect the production process has carried on the thorough research, put forward their own thinking and views, have cer- tain reference value.
