摘要
1目的 探讨原发性胃腺癌中 P5 3,bcl- 2及 nm2 3- H1蛋白的表达与肿瘤发展的关系。 2方法 应用免疫组织化学技术检测 85例原发性胃腺癌标本中 P5 3,bcl- 2及 nm2 3- H1蛋白的表达。 3结果 85例原发性胃腺癌标本中 ,P5 3蛋白阳性表达率为 41.18% ,进展期胃腺癌 P5 3蛋白阳性表达率高于早期胃腺癌 (χ2 =4.0 97,P<0 .0 5 ) ;淋巴结转移组高于未发生淋巴结转移组 (χ2 =11.0 16 ,P<0 .0 0 1)。bcl- 2蛋白阳性表达率为 5 2 .94% ,早期胃腺癌 bcl- 2蛋白阳性表达率高于进展期胃腺癌 (χ2 =6 .180 ,P<0 .0 5 )。 nm2 3- H1蛋白阳性表达率为 5 6 .47% ,早期胃腺癌 nm2 3- H1蛋白阳性表达率高于进展期胃腺癌 (χ2 =4.946 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ,淋巴结转移组低于未发生淋巴结转移组 (χ2 =7.6 94,P<0 .0 5 )。P5 3蛋白高表达和 nm2 3- H1蛋白低表达与淋巴结转移有关 (χ2 =5 .30 6 ,P<0 .0 5 )。 4结论 bcl- 2蛋白与 P5 3蛋白通过不同的机制影响肿瘤细胞凋亡。原发性胃腺癌的发展是一个多基因作用的过程 ,P5 3蛋白高表达与 nm2 3- H1蛋白低表达在癌细胞的转移过程中既各自独立 。
Objective\ To investigate the expression of P53, bcl 2 and nm23 H1 protein in primary gastric adenocarcinomas and their relationship.\ Methods\ Expression of protein P53,bcl 2 and nm23 H1 in 85 cases of primary gastric adenocarcinomas were detected by immunohistochemistry.\ Results\ In 85 cases of primary gastric adenocarcinomas, the positive experssion rate of P53, bcl 2, nm23 H1 expression were 41.18%, 52.94%, 56.47% respectively. P53 expression in developing stage or with lymph node metastasis was higher than that in early stage or without lymph node metastasis ( χ 2= 4.097,11.016, P < 0.05 , 0.001 ). bcl 2 expression in early stage of adenocarcinomas was higher than that in developing stage ( χ 2 =6.180, P <0.05). nm23 H1 expression in developing stage or with lymph node metastasis was lower than that in early stage or without lymph node metastasis ( χ 2 =4.946, 7.694, P <0.05). Over expression of P53 and low expression of nm23 H1 had correlation with lymph node metastasis ( χ 2 =5.306, P <0.05).\ Conclusion\ bcl 2 and P53 protein affect the apoptosis by different mechanisms. The development of primary gastric adenocarcinomas is a multigene active process. Over expression of P53 and low expression of nm23 H1 have separate and coordinate effects on lymph node metastasis .
