迪银片对银屑病病人T淋巴细胞免疫功能影响

THE INFLUENCE OF DIYIN TABLET ON THE IMMUNOLOGIC FUNCTION OF T LYMPHOCYTES AND ITS THERAPEUTIC EFFECT ON PATIENTS WITH PSORIASIS

1目的 探讨迪银片对进行期重症银屑病病人外周血 T淋巴细胞免疫功能的影响。2方法 用免疫酶技术和淋巴细胞培养法 ,检测 15例病人服用迪银片前后 ,外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群、白细胞介素 - 2受体α(m IL -2 Rα)的变化。 3结果 银屑病病人服用迪银片治疗前后的 CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8比值、m IL - 2 Rα以及治疗前的 CD8均明显低于较对照组 ,差异有显著性 (F=7.6 2～ 90 .12 ,q=4.0 2～ 16 .39,P<0 .0 1) ;治疗后 CD3,CD8明显高于治疗前 (F=8.6 7,35 .86 ,q=3.31～ 3.6 8,P<0 .0 5 )。迪银片临床总显效率为 46 .6 7% ,总有效率为 93.33% .4结论迪银片对银屑病病人 T淋巴细胞免疫功能有明显改善作用 。

Objective\ To study the influence of Diyin tablet on the immunologic function of T lymphocyte in the peripheral blood of severe psoriasis patients at active stage and its theraputic effect.\ Methods\ Immunoenzymatic technique and lymphocyte culture were utilized to determine the influence of Diyin tablet on T lymphocyte subpopulation, cell membrane interleukin 2 receptor (mIL 2Rα) in the peripheral blood of 15 psoriasis patients before and after Diyin tablet treatment and its theraputic effect .\ Results\ Compared with the healthy persons, the percentage of CD 3, CD 4 cells, CD 4/CD 8 and the expression of mIL 2Rα of psoriasis patients both before and after Diyin tablet treatment were significantly decreased ( F=7.62- 90.12 ,q =4.02-16.39, P <0.01 ). Except for CD 8 which was not significantly decreased after treatment. After treatment, CD 3,CD 8 were significantly increased than that before treatment ( F=8.67,35.86,q=3.31,3.68,P <0.05). The total notably effective rate was 46.67% , and the total effective rate was 93.33%.\ Conclusion\ Diyin tablet can improve the immunologic function of T lymphocytes significantly, and it also has a good therapeutic effect.\;[
