摘要
1目的 探讨血浆唾液酸 (SA)水平变化的机制。2方法 将 12只大鼠随机分为 2组 ,对照组侧脑室微量注射生理盐水 5μL ,实验组侧脑室微量注射阿朴吗啡 2 5μg(5μL ) ,检测注射前及注射后 5 ,15 ,2 5 min血浆唾液酸水平的变化。 3结果 侧脑室注射阿朴吗啡后 ,血浆 SA水平较注射前及对照组降低 ,2 5 m in时差异有显著意义(t=2 .2 5 8,2 .90 6 ,P<0 .0 5 )。 4结论 血浆
Objective\ To study the mechanism of changes in plasma sialic acid (SA) level.\ Methods\ 12 rats were divided into two groups. The plasma SA was measured after microinjection of saline into lateral ventricle(LV) of the control group and microinjection of apomorphine (25μg/5μL) into LV of the apomorphine group.\ Results\ The plasma SA level was lower than that of before injection of apomorphine and the control group, the difference was significant at 25min( t=2.258,2.906,P <0.05). Conclusion \ The changes of plasma SA level are related to central neurotransmitter DA. [
