摘要
1目的 探讨鹿茸对枯草杆菌的促菌作用。 2方法 采用微量量热法 ,用热活性检测仪对枯草杆菌在鹿茸影响下的热谱图进行测定。按指数生长模型计算出生长速率常数和总发热量 ,进而求出最佳用药质量浓度。3结果 鹿茸对枯草杆菌促菌作用的最佳药物质量浓度为 2 .2 85× 10 - 3g/ L.
Objective\ To study the promoting action of pilose autler for B.subtilis.\ Methods\ Using microcalorimetric method, a 2277 thermal activity monitor was used to determine the themogram curves of the promoter action of pilose autler. In the logarithmic phase of growth, according to an exponential law, the growth rate constant and heat output at different concentration of pilose autler had been calculated.\ Results\ The optimum concentration of pilose autler was 2.285×10 -3 g/L.\ Conclusion Pilose autler has promoting effect for B.subtilis, the optimum concentration of pilose autler has been estabished.
