护理专业学生学习状况的调查与分析

The Investigation and Analysis on Studying Conditions of the Students Major in Nursing

通过对护校学生的学习状况进行调查与分析,为研究制定相应的教育对策提供依据。调查对象是护理专业的中专学生,年龄16～20岁,均为女性。发放问卷205份,收回有效问卷192份,占93.7％。调查结果有效。调查结果表明部分护生学习目的不明确,社会因素是影响学习的主要原因,但多数护生对前途充满希望,要求在本专业继续深造。建议加强思想教育力度,解决护生在学习目的上的偏差,培养良好的学习动机。提高教师素质及教学水平。

The subject of this article is to provide basis for making corresponding education stretagy throngh investigation and analysis on the studying condition of the students in nursing school. The objects of the investigation are the students of special secondary school major in nursing. The objects are female between 16 to 20 years old. Totally 205 questionairs were sent out. Among them 192 are (93. 7% ) valid and received. The results of the investigation showed that the study subject of part students are not obvious, and the social factors have played the major role on the infuence of study. But most of the students are full of confidence on the future, and want to take advanced studies on nursing. This article suggested to strengthen the education on mind of the students, correct the deviations to the goal of study, build the right motives of study and improve the qualities and teaching levels of teacher.
