摘要
对9例儿童肾衰患者血液透析及护理经验进行了总结。血透时,血管通道的建立是血透成功的关键,同时应注意选择合适的透析器和透析方法,血透过程中应密切观察病情变化,做好营养护理和心理护理是很有必要的。
Experience of hemodialysis and nursing care of 9 children with renal failure are analyzed. The conclusion is that: The establishment of vascular access is the fundmental of a successful hemodialysis ; selecting the adequate hemodialyzer and its method; careful observations should be done in the dialysis; nutition and psychologic care is also necessary.
