当全球5大社交网站网民数量超过前5个人口大国公民数量时,世界政治生态环境的变化势不可挡,前沿科技的作用、国家边界的范围、国家主权的概念和军事力量的载体都发生了变化,也自然而然地催生了全新的"网络时代地缘政治",网络强国对世界的控制能力极大地提高,时代呼唤和大国博弈促使网络空间安全与发展成为实现"中国梦"的"置顶选项"。
When social network users have outnumbered the population of the 5 most populated countries, it brings tremendous and inevitable changes to the world political ecosystem. Inlfuence of edge technologies, deifnition of national borders and state sovereignty, as wel as measurement of military might are also changing accordingly. Al of these changes are creating a brand new Internet Age Geopolitics, in which cyber power has increasingly more control to the world. In this age, advancing cyberspace development and security turns out undoubtedly a top priority to realize the Chinese Dream.
