胃癌皮肤转移一例 被引量：1

Cutaneous metastasis of gastric carcinoma:a case report

摘要 临床资料患者，男，37岁。主因左侧大腿及腹股沟丘疹、斑块半月余，于2012年3月12日就诊我科。患者半月前发现左侧腹股沟及左大腿处片状红斑、丘疹，可触及皮下结节，无自觉症状。于当地医院就诊，行皮损活检，组织病理检查发现真皮内有大量核异形细胞，胞质丰富，核深染，为进一步明确诊断和治疗遂来我科。患者发病以来一般情况和精神状态可，偶有腹泻。1999年5月于外院行胃癌根治术。
