Design on variable frequency drive of trolley locomotive in mines

摘要 针对传统架线式电机车串电阻调速方式和直流斩波PWM调速方式存在的故障率高、维修量大、维修成本高、电能浪费严重等缺点和电机车的运行工况,以TMS320LF2407A DSP为核心,采用矢量控制策略和空间矢量脉宽调制技术,对原有电机车控制系统进行技术改造,研制出了直流架线式电机车变频驱动装置,实现了电机车的转速电流双闭环的高性能调速。对实验室测试数据的分析和现场使用证明,该驱动装置调速性能稳定良好,电机车维护工作量明显减少,可靠性完全达到矿山恶劣工况的要求。 The traditional speed control methods such as series resistance and DC chopper PWM are characterized by high fault ratio, great maintenance task, high maintenance cost and huge energy consumption. In view of which and operation modes of the trolley locomotive, the original control system of the trolley locomotive was technical innovated. TMS320LF2407A DSP served as the control core, and vector control strategy and space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) technology were applied to develop the variable frequency drive of DC trolley locomotive, so as to realize the high performance of speed control with current dual closed-loop. After analysis of lab data and field application, it was concluded that the drive was characterized by excellent and stable performance of speed control, the maintenance task of the trolley locomotive remarkably reduced, and the stability completely met the requirements of severe working environment in mines.
