摘要
运输绞车主要适用于矿山井下倾角小于30°的巷道牵引矿车运输物料。为使操作方便、舒适、安全,对运输绞车的操作装置结构进行了改进设计,即将2个操作手柄位置移到卷筒中间部位。对改进后的位于操作手柄与拐臂之间的连接主轴进行强度计算,并采用ANSYS软件对其进行有限元强度分析,得出应力和位移云图。结果表明,连接主轴应力分布比较均匀,且强度满足要求。改进后的运输绞车操作装置不仅省力,而且还给操作者带来了开阔的视野和操作空间,提高了操作安全性。
The haulage winch is widely used in drawing the tramcar to transport in underground roadways whose slope is less than 30°. To achieve operation convenience, comfortableness and safety, the manipulator of the haulage winch was structurally reconstructed in design, that was moving the two manipulating handles to the middle of the drum. After that, the reconstructed spindle connecting the manipulating handle and the crank arm was calculated in strength, and ANSYS was applied to carry out the finite element strength analysis. At last, the stress contours and displacement contours were achieved. The results showed that the stress distribution of the spindle distributed evenly, and the strength" met the requirements. The reconstructed haulage winch not only operated in less effort, but broadened the view and operation space for drivers so as to improve the operation safety.
