大型振动筛的动特性分析及结构优化 被引量:18

Dynamic characteristics analysis and structural optimization of large vibrating screen

摘要 采用SolidWorks三维建模软件,对SLO2496型振动筛建立了实体模型,将模型导入到ANSYS Workbench软件中,对其进行模态分析及谐响应分析,计算出了前12阶固有频率、模态振型及工作频率下的动应力响应,找出了离工作频率最近的固有频率下的振型,以及额定载荷下整体的动应力分布情况和动应力集中的部位。提出了结构优化方案,对振动筛局部进行了改进。通过对比分析,改进后的振动筛工作频率远离了固有频率,动应力集中的情况也得到了改善。 SolidWorks was applied to build the solid model of a SLO2496 vibrating screen, and then the model was imported to ANSYS Workbench to carry out modal analysis and harmonic response analysis. The natural frequencies and modal vibration shape of preceding 12 orders as well as dynamic response at working frequency were achieved. In addition, vibration shape at the natural frequency nearest to the working frequency was identified, and the dynamic stress distribution of the screen at rated loadings and dynamic stress concentration area were achieved also. And then, the structural optimization scheme was proposed, and parts of the screen" were reconstructed. After comparison and analysis, it was concluded that the reconstructed screen possessed the working frequency far away the natural frequency and improved stress concentration.
