干式变压器参数驱动CAD系统的研究与实现

Research and implementation of parameter-driving CAD system for designing dry-typed transformers

摘要 结合系列化干式变压器设备的结构特点,应用VB开发工具,笔者设计开发了以Inventor API为接口,以数据库Excel作为数据源的干式变压器参数化驱动系统。在参数驱动下,该系统可以自动生成干式变压器的三维零部件设计和工程图,并结合实例阐述了干式变压器自动参数化建模和自动装配的实现方法。 In combination with structural features of serial dry-typed transformers, VB development tool was applied to develop the parameter-driving system for designing dry-typed transformer, which took Inventor API as interface and database Excel as data source. Under driving of parameters, the system could automatically generated 3D part drawings and engineering drawings of the dry-typed transformer. In addition, the implementation of automatic parametric modeling and automatic assembly of the dry-typed transformer were expounded with examples.
