顽固性肱骨外上髁炎治疗方法的探讨

TREATMENT OF INTRACTABLE TENNIS ELBOW

1目的 探讨顽固性肱骨外上髁炎的治疗方法。 2方法 对 2 8例 (2 8肘 )顽固性肱骨外上髁炎病人中的 18例 (18肘 ) ,分别施以不同的手术方法治疗 ;对于伴有相关的周围神经嵌压综合征的 10例病人 ,7例施行了相应的神经松解或减压治疗 ,3例保守治疗。 3结果 2 8例病人均随访 0 .5年以上。手术治疗的 18例优良率为10 0 % ;7例伴有周围神经嵌压综合征病人在其相关周围神经嵌压解除后 ,经保守治疗症状均好转 ,疗效评定优 5例 ,良 2例 ;行保守治疗 3例疗效评定均为良。 4结论 手术治疗顽固性肱骨外上髁炎需针对其病因及病变部位采取不同的手术方式 。

Objective To probe into the therapy of intractable tennis elbow.\ Methods\ 28 cases of intractable tennis elbow were reviewed. 18 of them were treated by different operations based upon different conditions. Neurolysis or decompression was done on seven among ten cases with related peripheral nerves entrapment syndrome.\ Results\ 28 cases were all followed up for more than 0.5 year. The outcome of 18 cases underwent operation was considered as good and the cure rate was 100%. The seven cases with related peripheral nerve entrapment syndrome improved. Five of them were evaluated as excellent and the other two, good.\ Conclusion\ For intractable tennis elbow, both different causes and different loci affected should be considered preoperatively and attention should also be given to the related peripheral nerve entrapment syndrome.
