摘要
气体绝缘组合电器(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)在电力系统中占有重要地位,盆式绝缘子是GIS内部重要的部件,文章主要对其表面的放电特性进行了研究和探索。主要采用紫外成像技术、超声波检测技术和脉冲电流法对其整个放电过程进行了检测,通过对所得数据进行分析,得到了如下结论:①紫外光子数表现出了"饱和"特性,当电压增加到68 kV之后,继续增加电压,紫外光子数增加不明显;②在盆式绝缘子缺陷处,随着放电的加剧,带电粒子的碰撞更加激烈,发热增加,导致局部区域的体积急剧膨胀,压力增大导致超声信号不断增强。整个研究为后续GIS局部放电方面的研究提供了一定的参考。
Gas insulated switchgears occupy an important position in the power system. Insulating spacers are important parts in GIS. A research on the surface discharge characteristics of the GIS spacer is presented in this paper, and the ultraviolet imaging technology, ultrasonic testing technology and pulse current method to test the whole discharge process are used. Based on the data analysis, the following conclusions are obtained: ① Ultraviolet photons indicator shows the "saturation" characteristic, which occurs at the voltage up to 68 kV, then ultraviolet photon number increase is not obvious even the voltage increases after 68 kV; ② To the defect near to the spacer, as discharge intensifies, charged particle collision more intense, so the heat increase results in local volume expanding rapidly, the pressure increase leads to enhance the ultrasonic signal. These works provide a valuable reference for follow-up PD study of GIS.
