摘要 目的对点地梅的化学成分进行研究。方法点地梅全草粉碎后用95%乙醇提取,提取物分别经石油醚、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取,得到的正丁醇部分再运用多种色谱方法和重结晶进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据和理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果从点地梅95%%乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部分中分离得到2个化合物,分别签定为2,3-二羟基呋喃(1)和2,4-二羟基-6-(4-羟基苯甲酰氧基)-苯甲酸(2)。结论两个化合物均为首次从自然界分离得到,并补充了相关波谱数据。 AIM To study the chemical constituents of Androsace umbellata. METHODS The powdered whole herbs of Androsace umbellata was extracted by 95% ethanol,and the extract was suspended in water and partitioned with petroleum ether,CH2Cl2,EtOAc,and n-butanol in turn.The extract from n-butanol part was isolated and purified by many chromatography means and recrystallization,and all compounds were identified by the means of spectroscopic analysis and physico-chemical property. RESULTS Two compounds were elucidated as 2,3-furandiol(1) and 2,4-dihydroxy-6-(4-hydroxybenzoyloxyl-)-benzoyl acid(2),respectively. CONCLUSION Two compounds are all obtained from the botanical plants for the first time and NMR data is in detail.
