摘要
目的:研究毛脉酸模提取物小鼠体内抗肿瘤作用。方法:以S180肉瘤、H22肝癌及L1210白血病作为实验瘤株,观察毛脉酸模50%乙醇提取物和水提取物对于小鼠S180、H22细胞株移植性肿瘤动物模型的抑瘤作用、对于L1210细胞株移植性肿瘤动物模型的生命延长率的影响。结果:毛脉酸模50%乙醇提取物和水提取物对于小鼠S180、H22细胞株移植性肿瘤动物模型的抑瘤作用均大于30%,对于L1210小鼠的生命延长率均在50%以下。结论:毛脉酸模50%乙醇提取物和水提取物能明显抑制S180实体瘤和H22实体瘤的生长,但是毛脉酸模50%乙醇提物和水提取物对于L1210小鼠的生存时间无明显影响。
Objectives To investigate the antitumor effect of extracts from Rumex gmelini Turcz in vivo. Methods The S180-mice models and the H22-mice models were used to study the tumor inhibition rate of Rumex gmelini Turcz. The L1210-mice models were used to test the survival time after Rumex gmelini Turcz treatment. Results Extracts from Rumex gmelini Turcz had obvious effects on inhibiting tumor growth at the rate over 30%. The extracts of Rumex gmelini Turcz couldn't prolong the life span of mice bearing L1210 ascitic tumors, and the rate of life-elongation of the mice bearing L1210 ascitic tumors was below 50%. Conclusions The extracts of Rumex gmelini Turcz could inhibit tumor growth in mice bearing S180 and H22 tumors, but with no effect on survival period in mice bearing L1210 tumors.
