摘要 目的:探讨白细胞介素-17(IL-17)及白细胞介素-10(IL-10)对人表皮细胞DNA增殖的影响。方法:建立人皮肤-裸鼠嵌合模型64只,按析因设计要求,使用不同时间和浓度IL-17及IL-10注射于裸鼠移植皮肤内,再以激光扫描共聚焦显微镜测试移植人表皮细胞DNA综合荧光值数据进行分析。结果:随着IL-17使用浓度增加和使用时间加长可致人表皮细胞DNA综合荧光值显著增高(P<0.05),IL-10使用浓度增加和使用时间加长可致人表皮细胞DNA综合荧光值显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:IL-17对人表皮细胞DNA增殖有促进作用,IL-10对人表皮细胞DNA增殖有抑制作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of IL-17 and IL-10 on the proliferation of DNA in human epidermal cells. Methods 64 human skin-nude mice chimeric models were established. Then according to the factorial design requirements, different times and different concentrations of IL-17 and IL-10 were injected into the transplanted nude mice skin. DNA fluorescence values of the human epidermal cells were tested by laser scanning confocal microscopy and then were analyzed. Results With the increase of the concentration and use of time of IL- 17, the DNA fluorescence values of human epidermal cells were significantly increased (P 〈 0.05); whilst with the increase of the concentration and use of time of IL-10, those were significantly reduced (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion IL- l7 had a stimulatory effect on the proliferation of DNA in human epidermal cells, while IL-10 had an opposite effect.
