克罗米芬联合HMG促排卵全胚冷冻再行解冻胚胎移植70例临床分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨在IVF周期中应用CC+HMG促排卵后全胚冷冻再行解冻胚胎移植的妊娠结局与新鲜移植周期的差异。方法:回顾性分析在我中心使用CC+HMG促排卵后全胚冷冻再行解冻胚胎移植周期70例和黄体中期长方案行新鲜胚胎移植周期86例的临床妊娠率、种植率以及流产率等。结果:70例全胚冷冻后行FET的妊娠率、种植率、流产率与86例新鲜胚胎种植后的妊娠率、种植率、流产率对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CC+HMG组的Gn天数、Gn总量均明显低于长方案组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:和常规长方案相比,应用CC+HMG促排卵后全胚冷冻再行解冻胚胎移植并不降低胚胎种植率和妊娠率,且使用Gn量少,OHSS风险低。
