辨证健康指导在外感咳嗽临床路径中的应用

Application of dialectical health instruction in clinical pathway to exogenous cough

目的:对外感咳嗽患者进行辨证健康指导,观察其对患者的咳嗽症状记分以及住院总时间的影响。方法:将194例符合标准的外感咳嗽患者随机分为干预组和常规组各97例,干预组在辨证治疗及一般护理的基础上进行辨证健康指导,常规组在辨证治疗的基础上接受一般护理。所有数据均采用SPSS 11.5统计学软件进行分析。结果:干预组的总有效率明显高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者的住院总时间明显少于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辨证健康指导在辨证施治的基础上可以提高外感咳嗽的疗效,有利于缩短患者的住院时间。

Objective To observe the effectiveness of dialectical health instruction towards patients with exogenous cough through calculating the score of symptom and the length of hospitalization. Methods 194 up-tostandard cases of exogenous cough patients were randomly divided into intervention group and regular group, each group had 97 cases. Patients in intervention group were treated with dialectical health instruction on the basis of dialectical and regular treatment. Meanwhile, those in regular group received regular treatment on the foundation of dialectical one. All the stats were analyzed with the statistics software SPSS 11.5. Results Total effective rate of intervention group was obviously higher than that of regular group （P 〈 0.05）. The total length of hospitalization of intervention group was shorter than that of regular group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of dialectical treatment, the dialectical health instruction could enhance the curative effect of treatment on exogenous cough and could shorten the length of hospitalization.
