摘要
智能电网引领未来电网的发展方向,合理准确评价智能电网总体发展建设水平、衡量地区电网智能化差异势在必行。以主成分聚类分析法为理论基础,对智能电网评估指标体系中的多元评价指标进行标准化、降维和去相关性处理,消除原指标间的二次加权,为各评价指标赋予主成分权重,同时利用主成分因子载荷矩阵聚类分析,结合指标大类的实际意义与评估方向,提出分类指标体系设计思路,梳理原指标体系评测变量的内在脉络,最终利用综合主成分评价函数定量考察特定区域智能电网发展建设水平并作横向比较,为智能电网发展提供有益参照。相关算例验证了智能电网主成分评价方法体系的正确性和有效性。
In view of the fact that smart grid leads on the development of power grid in future,it is imperative to assess the general development and construction level of smart grid reasonably and accurately and to measure intellectualization differences among regional power grids.Utilizing principal component analysis(PCA) and cluster analysis,the standardization,dimension-reduction and de-correlation of multiple evaluation index system for smart grid are performed to eliminate the re-weighting among original indices and assign principal component weights to evaluation indices;meanwhile utilizing principal component factor based clustering analysis of loading matrix and combining with actual meaning and evaluation direction of index categories,the design thought for classified index systems is proposed and the internal context of evaluation variables in original index system are sorted out;finally,the quantitative analysis of development and construction level of smart grin in specified region is performed by comprehensive principal component evaluation function and the transverse comparison of smart grids in different areas is carried out to provide helpful reference for the development of smart grid.The validity of the proposed PCA based assessment method and system is verified by related calculation example.
