The Nano-Modification Effect of CADI and Its Application Prospects

摘要 简要综述了等温淬火球墨铸铁的发展现状,并介绍了新型纳米改性技术用于等温淬火球墨铸铁后所得到的对组织和性能的改性效果。纳米改性能有效改善等温淬火球墨铸铁组织和性能,尤其可以改善含碳化物的等温淬火球墨铸铁(CADI)的组织,从而使其韧性和耐磨性等综合性能得到明显提高。 This paper briefly summarizes the development status and trend of austempered ductile iron (ADI), and introduces the modification effect of novel nano-modification technique on the microstructure and properties of ADI. Nano-modification is an effective new technique for improving the microstructure and properties of ADI, and particularly for improving the microstructure, toughness and wear resistance of carbidic ADI (CADI).
